FitX Australia 05/06


We were approached by a local Brisbane based gym: FitX Australia Gym as they weren’t getting leads and struggled with their digital marketing, automation and general system flow. Within 4 weeks we managed to get 80 leads which converted into $55,648 in revenue. The best part is this was all achieved with a $240 ad spend!

We set up system flows that were all automated, this included customer walk-ins, notifications, follow up emails, Instagram outreach and much more. This allowed the owners to take a step back from doing 100’s of small tasks a day and focus on the bigger picture.

Soon after we had been hired, the gym had received a full makeover including 20 new pieces of equipment and a new functional classroom. This was due to the sudden growth they had received and spare time the owners had to listen to their client’s feedback and correspond with adding the right elements to their gym.

We added a new revenue stream by implementing a Functional Fitness Class. This made the gym more competitive and the ability to target untapped demographics in their area. We used growth hacking methods to target individuals that were considered warm leads. This resulted in every class being booked out due to the limitation of 25 people per class. With the constant growth, FitX Australia looks to expand in the near future.
